PATRONA HUNGARIAE
The Patorna Hungariae is a perfect venue for accommodation. The kitchen is excellent; they provide the participant with three meals per day. The building is in a very calm and nice neighbourhood, with gardens inside, courts, integrated safe place, in the centre of the city. Nearby you can find streets that are famous for their pubs and restaurants. Considering the size and nature of the building, it is ideal for individual lessons, there are lots of practice rooms with pianos, plus a gorgeous concert hall with a great acoustic. The nuns love music, so you can feel free to practice all day. The dormitory rooms are quite large, for 8-16 people, but they will be used only for two people/room, so everybody can feel more comfortable. There are special single rooms with pianos, which are available upon request. The Patrona is just five-minute walk from the subway stations, Danube Bank, Vamhaz Market, Szabadsag Bridge and from the main music libraries. The Danube Palace is also easily approachable, a 3-minute walk to the river bank, then take tram number 2 and get off at Eotvos ter, which is the 4th stop. During this trip you can enjoy the fantastic view alongside the river.
